cake mix cookies: Date Added: 28 Jan 2009

1 yellow cake mix
1 instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls or drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.Bake 350�F for 10-12 minutes.Can use coconut pudding, and add 1 c. of coconut.Really good with butter pecan pudding.
