2 1/2 tazas de azucar
3 1/2 tazas de harina
2 cucharillas de polvo de hornear
1 cucharilla bicarbonato de soda
2 cucharillas canela
2 tazas zanahoria rallada
1 1/2 tazas de pina aplastada
1 1/2 tazas de aceite
3 huevos
1 taza

Combinar juntos los ingredientes secos. Agregar los "mojados" y mesclar bien. Colocar en una tortera tubular BIEN ENGRASADA Y ENHARINADA, o en 2 moldes de pan. Hornear a 350�F por 1-12 horas si se usa la tortera tubular.Variaciones: Anadir 12 cucharilla de nuez moscada, 12 cucharilla de clavo de olor, y 14 cucharilla extracto de almendra.
